They seek to achieve this by providing individuals with quality design and facilitates development initiatives for leaders at all levels, using empirically-supported frameworks and skill-building activities to produce behavior change. Using the Africa Leadership Toolkit, Lead Afrique cultivates leaders from as young as six years in schools across Africa. They are also specialized in the development of curriculums and frameworks that facilitates growth, and this has been proven over the last nine years as they have worked diligently to shift mindsets and hearts among school children, teachers, working professionals and corporate firms.

GOAL 8: DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

They seek to achieve this by conducting studies and providing the solution that will help shape the trend of poor and unresponsive leadership situation in Africa to help make innovations, create decent work and help  businesses to grow for the betterment of the African continent.

GOAL 9: INDUSTRY INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE

In order to achieve this they coordinate all leadership programs that will tactically cultivate the next generation of the continent’s leaders – in business, health, education, governance, public service, religious organizations, uniformed services and chieftaincy in the quest to build resilient infrastructure and promote inclusive system industrialization to foster innovation in the African Community.
