Innohub, an Accra-based Social Venture Accelerator and Impact Investment Platform in collaboration with hapaSpace, a Kumasi-based innovation hub and co-working space organised an info seminar on the Innohub Accelerator Program on Friday 3rd May 2016.
The seminar was attended by 25 Kumasi-based startups that have been in operation for at least two years and have the potential to grow and scale. The startups ranged from a number of industries; from meals delivery, eco-tourism, apps development, entertainment to gardening and parks development.
The participants were taken through the key details of the Acceleration Program. Some of the key highlights of the program included:
- 10 start-ups will be selected
- the start-ups will be taken through a business accelerator program.
- each start-up gets $3000 of none-cash support and $7000 cash pre-seed funding
